Mark obtained an M.S. from Oregon State University in Environmental Engineering and has spent most his 37 year career developing and executing projects for Heavy Industry globally. His experience includes serving in all capacities including: Engineer, Owner and Contractor. He has worked extensively in the field of Air Pollution Control projects and has developed projects in numerous industrial sectors to secure funding, leading these projects from cradle to completion.
Mitchell Rowsell EIT, PMP
Director
Mitchell is a Civil Engineer from Texas A&M University in College Station and has a M.Eng from University of Alabama in Engineering Construction Management. Mitchell’s experience includes large scale commercial construction (Legacy West >$300M), heavy civil design build (Ferrovial Agramon >$1B), Water Treatment plant construction, and large-scale industrial projects in the metals & minerals sector.
Mitchell specializes in preconstruction activities and is adept with modern modeling software and BIM tools. He also is experienced with developing and implementing customized construction software tools for both field and office staff. Mitchell provides clients with augmented project management and project engineering services as well as supporting the ongoing estimating and project development efforts with our numerous clients.
